What three noteworthy physical characteristics of corynebacterium xerosis are visible after performing a simple stain?

Simple stains are utilized to identify the basic shape, approximate size, and arrangement of cells present. When staining Corynebacterium xerosis, three noteworthy physical characteristics become visible: first, these bacteria are diphtheroid organisms with a rod-shaped structure, either straight or slightly curved. Second, they typically exhibit distinct arrangements, grouping together in characteristic formations that resemble the letter "V." Lastly, their size is generally small, making them recognizable under a microscope. These traits collectively aid in the identification and classification of Corynebacterium xerosis.
