As mentioned, “red” is a primary color of pigment (paints, for example, as opposed to colors of “light”) so it can’t be mixed from other colors. Red is a primary color, it will be hard to find a combination of 2 colors to make red. The primary colors are blue, red and yellow. with these you can make any colors you wish.
