When DHL says “Scheduled for delivery as agreed”, what does that mean?

My delivery was scheduled to arrive 3 days ago....and only today this showed up on the online tracking. So, obviously this is not as I agreed at all. However does that mean that they will get it to me today? It's now 6:30pm where I am - will they no longer deliver? It's a Christmas present... so will be a bit ѕнι𝓉e if it doesn't show up this evening!

You need to contact them immediately to have any hope of finding out where this item is. They may still deliver, but you could offer to collect it from a depot if that helped.Good luck!... Show More

For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/axBH8I can't answer for DHL but I hope this will be helpful in some way, if it says scheduled for delivery it does mean it is out for delivery. "DHL has set a day for the delivery of the parcel." on some site linked- still very unclear! I'd keep an ear out for the delivery. Lately with USPS I've had that issue where it says out for delivery but I don't get it until the next business day.. this never happened before.... Show More

It means the time agreed upon with you earlier, if it hasn't arrive, I would strongly suggest you call then at once and inquire.Have a good Christmas.... Show More
