Where is atlantica, in what country?

The place from the little mermaid, atlantica,? Does it exist and where is it?

As far as I know, Atlantica is a fictional place. But, the original (and in my opinion better) version of The Little Mermaid was a story invented by the Norwegians. I recommend reading the non-disney version of the story….its so much better!... Show More

As far as The Little Mermaid is concerned, it is fiction. There was a real Atlantica, however, created by plate tectonics.It first formed about 2.1 billion years ago when Africa smashed into South America during the Transamazonian orogeny.It stayed intact a long time, becoming part of Rodinia (1 billion years ago), Gondwana (600 million years ago), and Pangaea (300 million years ago). It eventually split apart with the breakup of Pangaea about 200 million years ago.... Show More
