The usual base pairs in DNA are Adenine and Thymine (A & T) or Guanine and Cytosine (G & C).

The base pairing rules for DNA are governed by complementary base pairs which are adenine [A] with thymine [T] in a A-T pairing  and cytosine [C]  and guanine [G] in a C-G pairing thymine only binds with adenine in a T-A pairing and guanine with cytosine in a G-C pairing

Adenine to thymine and cytosine to guanine are the base pairings during DNA replication.
