Which is the best Monthly Income Scheme in India?

I want to know which Public Sector banks like the SBI,UBI etc have the highest interest for the Monthly Income Scheme.I currently invested in private companies which have high interest rates and give good monthly returns.But I am scared that these sometimes turn out to be chit funds.Are they any nationalized Banks with 14-15% or close interest rates.Please let me know the ones with highest interest and is safe.

Kaushik, presently there are no nationalized bank in India offering the interest you have mentioned. I understand that you want a guaranteed income without any risk and you want a monthly return. Only post office MIS scheme offers guaranteed income but the interest rate is around 8.5%(Check up).

In post office a ceiling exists at 4,50,000 for individuals Union bank of India has a scheme for Monthly/quarterly etc with no limit. Interest rate is higher

Now a days it is better to invest in any Nationalised Bank or in any reputed private sector bank in term deposit with monthly interest paid to your a/c. or any a/c with any bank as per your request.Public sector banks are also offering good rate of interest for 12 months to 36 months.You are at liberty to cancel/avail loan at any time. But this type of flexibility service is not available with Post Offices.
