The feature you can most likely find in a modernist poem is:a definite viewpoint on a controversial topic stated in formal languageModernist poets are into elaborating controversial topics based on their personal judgment and viewpoint. In this sense, they are benchmarking on updated ideas using formal expressions.

"abstract philosophical concepts precise images constructed with as few words as possible" is the best option, although this is not universally the case with modernist poetry.

c, precise images constructed with as few words as possibleExplanation:
The answer is A: plain statements of the author's personal judgement.  Modernism authors reacted to things that were affecting life and the world in very negative ways, such as WWI and II, industrialization etc., in the writers' eyes they were a decline of civilization. They started to write about the inner self and consciousness, using the first person and irony concernig traditions in society and literature.
If my memory serves me well, the features which you most likely can  find in a modernist poem are being revealed by the third option from the scale represented above : precise images constructed with as few words as possible. This is the main point which can help you to distinguish modernist poem, to be more exact the idea of symbolism which means the less words - the more sense.Do hope you will find it helpful!
