White Swirls in White Milk, does it mean the milk’s gone bad?
I noticed some swirling white lines in my milk when I poured it into my bowl. Does this indicate that the milk has gone bad? What should I look for to determine the freshness of the milk?

No. That’s normal I get that in my milk all the time. You will know when milk has gone bad from the smell without a doubt.
yes. i would highly suggest going to your local gas station and buying another carton of milk and throwing out the swirly milk~
