Why do I get really bad diarrhea after drinking red Hawaiian punch?
I have noticed that every time I mix up a bottle of instant red Hawaiian punch, I experience severe diarrhea shortly afterward. The consistency of my bowel movements resembles that of water, and the process is both slow and painful. Despite trying Restorolax, I find that it doesn't help, as it only leads to frequent bathroom trips. Could there be specific ingredients in the punch that are causing such a strong reaction? Any insights or advice on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I think it’s because our bodies handle certain types of food differently. For example, I’m allergic to fish, which also includes fried fish, fishsticks and canned tuna. If I were to eat any of that stuff, my throat would feel really choked up. Now, I’m not saying you’re allergic to Hawaiian punch, I’m just saying maybe it doesn’t agree with you. Your taste buds might like it, but the rest of your digestive system doesn’t. That’s just my guess.
It has 10% or more fruit juice in it. If you do not eat fruit or bulky foods regularly; the juice is loosening you up.
