Why does my skin sparkle in the sunlight?

ive been noticing it lately, everytime im out in the sun my skin sparkles. loads of tiny colorful sparkles. i mean i dont mind it im just wondering what it could be and NO i dont put random glittery stuff on my skin, and NO it has nothing to do with twilight (as my friends suggested) IM NOT A VAMPIRE :] promise.

You could have makeup that is getting onto your skin somehow. A lot of eyeshadows and stuff have glitter in them. Also, check your lotion. Some of them have a ‘glow’ feature or whatever which usually means shimmer.

No… ugh Twilight is so dumb and only desires to die. Vampires are meant to be EVIL and dirty!! no longer dazzling, have pink eyes, be “vegetarian”, and sparkle contained in the damn solar. I hate vampires now using Cullen relatives and Twilight. I used to love them!

OMG! i have the same exact “problem” lol i noticed it today.. first sunny day i’ve really been outside and i was like OMG I SPARKLE! and i have no idea why.. but it’s kind of cool. i don’t wear lotions so i know it’s not that. I asked my mom if she ate glitter while pregnant with me too. haha she claims she didn’t. but i dunno… Not knockin it though. i love shiny things.

could be your lotion? i know olay creams have “sparkles” in them that are unnoticable but when you go out in the sun it glitters.
