Also remember to send in the KOREAN form NOT THE ENGLISH form. The English form is just there to help guide you.
If you don’t know any Korean, you use the English form to help you fill out the Korean one; meaning you can use it as a guide to write what (name, age, birthdate, school, talents, etc) you need to write on each box on the Korean form. Yes, you download those forms you see, open it, then type the things it asks you to – ONLY if you are going to apply for the online audition, or email them your audition. But if you are going to audition by going to the YG auditions (in real life) or sending a post audition (sending a recorded CD/USB to the actual YG office), then it’s best that you fill it out by hand.
