AM I FAT? (Pictures included)?
I've just gone through winter here in Australia, and summer is approaching. I've gained a few kilos over the winter and am feeling quite gross and depressed about it. I am currently a size 12 and used to fit into size 10. My friends are all heading to the beach and look amazing, while I feel very average in comparison. I'm looking for some constructive criticism.
I have a few physical disabilities and injuries, which prevent me from running or exercising every day. I need to take 24 to 48 hours of rest between cardio sessions. I enjoy yoga, but I often forget to practice. I would like to know where I need to focus on losing weight and how much I should aim to lose. At the moment, I am 175 cm (5'9") tall and weigh 70 kg (159 lb). I know I'm within the healthy weight range, but I’d like to get down to the low 60s.
(Please ignore the bikinis I am wearing in the pictures, as they're from last summer.) Do you think I'm able to wear a bikini in public, particularly in front of friends and family?
I understand that I may never be a size 6, but I believe I would feel happier and healthier at a size 10. By the way, I am 19 years old.

Get a swimming costume that will attract attention away from your waist line.
Eat less fatty foods and starch and eat more salads.
Go enjoy life while you are still able to.
You're a perfectly healthy weight and you look great. I wish I looked that good! (I'm a full six inches shorter than you, six pounds heavier and a bit more round)
You can't run, but can you walk for a decent length? A brisk 20-30 minute walk every day would be a low-impact way to shed a few pounds if you really wanted to.
I think with regular clothes you don't look fat at all... I would like to have my stomach flat like that! you pants cut a little bit into your sides, but its not bad at all!!
I think maybe you should go for boy short bottoms, just because the bottom of the 2 piece cuts too much into your sides. Also try to find a top with more support... maybe with underwire.
I think overall you are NOT fat. If you want get more toned, I recommend Pilates. It works your muscles but also makes you leaner. I used to do Pilates, and stopped... I think I will start again, because it really worked.
shorties like me (5ft5") wear size 10's. Well, I'm an 8 but i wear tight skinny jeans.

You're tall and shouldn't really worry about not being a size 10.
U r not too fat. Keep it up. Better do all sorts of work as you can not continous, different works to get monvements for all your body parts and muscles.
You are not fat at all!! Far from Fat infact!! I think are just the right size not a stick but then not huge!! Just right!!
You are not fat, but as you say, you have a little extra on your hips and tummy. Try going vegan , which will curb food cravings.
