At&t autopay records indicate credit card is due to expire..?

got a letter in the mail from at & t autopay program..update credit card info, but dont want to login to the at&t; or calling..someway on the internet?

If you don't want to login to their website, call the toll-free number on your statement and give your new number or expiration date to customer service.... Show More

Not sure if you've already done something, but make sure to login to your account via the main AT&T; page you normally use and not any link provided in the mailer. I received a similar notice, but when I check online, my card is not set to expire for two years. I don't know if this is AT&T; with bad information management or a fishing scam using old-fashioned snail mail, but just wanted to make sure you're careful.... Show More

It's a scam. I bet it's asking you to send it to Southfield MI, right? I get probably 3 or 4 of these per year. I wish AT&T; or the FBI would do something about these guys...... Show More
