What you have is completely normal for your kind of genes. What is happening is your body produces compounds called melanin which in turn produce the pigments in your body which determine things like your hair color, eye color, and skin color. Since you are blonde with blue eyes you have light colored pigments which means you have a low amount of melanin in your body. As you get older your melanin compounds begin to decrease and this affects your pigments in your eyes which is causing the yellow tint in your eyes which appears gold. Don’t worry it doesn’t mean your eyes will completely change color it’s just a natural effect of aging.

I think it’s genetic. My eyes change color from grey to blue to green but there is always a sold gold crown around the pupil. I also have brown hair. My father doesn’t have it, but my mother does. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a gold ring around the pupil. Personally, I would trade the “rusty” spot in my eye (I have a spot of brown eye color in my otherwise blue eyes) for a nice gold ring. Have you had this your whole life? My eyes are the same way, it’s just the color of my eyes. My brother and sister have it too, I doubt we’re all diseased. If you haven’t had it maybe there’s some medical thing going on, ask a doctor if you’re really concerned, but I wouldn’t worry about it.

You’re eye color is always lightest in the very center. Because youre eyes are blue, they probably have a hint of green in them as well, and because of that the lighter part comes across golden.

i think its just the way our eyes are.

someone told me that its because my eyes are going to change colors when i get older.
