your camera has mono audio and the TV has stereo audio input. plug the ‘black’ audio lead into the television ‘white’ or left terminal. some audio gear including many televisions will interpret a left only audio connection as mono so you will get sound from both speakers. otherwise you will get sound from only one of the TV speakers.

Yes, Yellow is a standard color code for video signal, While red and white is a standard color code for (stereo) audio signal, If your camera cable has only yellow and black, that means yellow is for video and black is for (mono) audio signal.

In DC power supply, black is for negative (-) ground connection, which is tandem with red (+) for positive connection. Since in your camera, you have a yellow and black, that means video and audio signal source is flowing in your cable. Then you can safely connect it to your TV.

those thingies on the back of your television and VCR are lady RCA jacks. Conversely, male RCA jacks would be got here upon on the two end of a RCA patch twine or cable. The crimson and White lady jacks on the back of your television and VCR are for the magnificent and left channels of the stereo audio sign whilst the yellow jack is for video indicators. To get the video sign out of your VCR on your television, in basic terms use the colours on the VCR, cable, and television to lead you. Plug one component of the male cable ends into the female VCR jacks (Yellow to Yellow, crimson to crimson and White to White.). Then do the comparable with the different male end of the cable, this time putting it into the female RCA jacks on the television. the only situation you would be attentive to is which you connect the output of your VCR to the enter your television. particular classes can often be modern-day in the two your television’s or VCR’s proprietor manuals.
