I took MiraLAX for 3 days because I was constipated for 5 days.

On the fourth day, I had a decent sized bowel movement, so I didn’t take it that day. I didn’t take it the next day (yesterday), either; however, at about 4:00 I had a case of Diarrhea.

It hit me again at about 9:00….

That first “normal” stool was the “blockage” cruzin out. Now, the rest of it is passing through. You should “firm” up with in a day or two. Watch what your eating so that you don’t consume foods that normally pass through you quickly. Be sure to keep hydrated.
