Can my cat get high off of marijuana?
I have two kittens that are about two weeks old. Occasionally, I smoke marijuana in the same room as them. I've heard that cats lack the cannabis receptors in their brains that would allow them to get high. Is this true? I want to ensure my kittens are safe and not exposed to any harmful substances. Since I need to keep them in my room due to my dad's allergies, should I consider smoking in a different location, or is it safe for them to be around the smoke?

Mine never did, although smoke of any kind is not good. If an idiot blows smoke in a cat’s face & thinks the cat gets high, the poor cat is more likely suffering from smoke inhalation.
BTW, there is a large percentage of cats who are unaffected by catnip.

Try hard, obviously to keep your poor cat away from thte smoke. They would feel all the negative affects 10x’s harder. Over time this cld mess with their little brains or something. Just common sense.

I have no idea whether marijuana can affect a cat or not but surely, just like cigarette smoke it can’t be too good for him. I would avoid blowing it directly at the cat just in case.

Cats can get high. An ex-friend of mine used to blow smoke into their faces and they would stumble around for a couple of minutes. Shortly after, they would eat all of their food and go to sleep.
Since they’re so young it probaby isn’t a good idea to bake out the entire room. If it’s just a little don’t worry about it. Just try to not blow it in their faces.
anything that breaths can get high ? Smoke isn’t good or any cats, weed smoke or cigarette smoke, whatever, it’s not good for them, or you. Smoke somewhere else, or don’t smoke at alll for your own health!
