since percent means per hundred… you would take 1/3 of per hundred… 1/3 in decimal is .3333….(ect.) so since .33 is out of 100 the fraction would probably be 33/100/ 33%133% ? percent=per hundred 100… left=33 or you could divide 133 divided by 100 then the decmal would be 1.33… ffraction would be 133/1000hope that helped 🙂...
