My mother is looking to buy a new 2014 car from a dealership and she doesn’t have her drivers license. I would be the primary driver of the car for me and my family since I’m the only one with a driver license. Can we still get the car?

for a “car” yes you can, only if your paying cash. if you get a loan the finance company demands insurance, and you cannot get insurance without a drivers license.check your state laws/with your insurance agent. but what you COULD do(if your going to finance it) is purchase the car under your name(as your the primary) but when it comes to buying insurance you can add your mom on to the policy once she gets a licence.

Yes. as long as she pays cash.She cannot finance a car without a license because she cannot be insured without a license and lenders require insurance.There may be rare exceptions but not often.
