im making a cake for an art show for tomarrow, and i wanted to know if like walmart or safeway, or rays or albertsons would sell cake fondant?also, how much does it usually cost?

Walmart stores (at least the Super Center locations) usually carry Wilton’s fondant. The 24 oz. package (which is enough to cover an 8 inch 2 layer cake, plus decorations) retails for about $6.79 and the 5 lb. package (enough to cover one 2 layer cakes of 6, 8 and 10 inches plus decorations) retails for about $22.99. If you can’t find it at Walmart, it is available at Michaels, Hobby Lobby and Joann’s and other stores that sell cake decorating supplies or offer the classes.Happy Baking!~ Maria

I don’t think the grocery stores have it, but you could check Walmart, in the cake decorating aisle of the craft department. … or Michaels or Hobby Lobby
