No running shoes but you can get a bike and that helps a lot. And there are times that I feel like I’m running while I play the game. Anyway as long as you have the bike your good.... Show More

sorry no you only get running shoes in pokemon fire red/leaf greenemerald/ruby/sapphire and diamond/(pearl and soon to be)/platinum sotry fire red or leaf green its just like blue red or yellow but you can get running shoes and the graphics are way much better also a pikachu does not follow you around everywhere but you have a bikesorry:(hope i helped:):):)... they hadn’t thought of that until the GBA versions. they came up with the bike though, get the voucher at the pokefans club. and go to Virdiran city and talk to the shop owner.... Show More
