Yes and No..The only thing they can look at is Your call log...They can do that on Sprint.com! Or they can call us and have us send detail billing..But no texts or picture messages can be requested..They may be able to contact our legal department to get the text and picture messages subpoenaed..But they have to go through court for that...So your safe lol...But they can also go onto your picture mail inbox and outbox on sprint.com but you can delete the history when logging onto your online album...So make sure you make a password that is very hard to think of! If they guess it then...Well you may be grounded forever lol!

They can if they know your pass word to this website. What you do is make an account and a password and it shows the pictues/videos that you have received/sent. They stay there for 60 days but not to worry they can be deleted ((: https://pictures.sprintpcs.com/publiclogin.do?ECID...
