Chevy 350 exhaust manifold question?
I have a question about the exhaust manifold on my Chevy 350. The passenger side manifold has a hole, which I believe was originally for an old-style draft tube. Since I’m using a PCV valve and a breather cap in my valve covers, I don’t need that opening anymore. I’ve noticed a strong odor of exhaust fumes every time I drive, and I suspect that this opening might be contributing to the problem. Is there a type of plug available for this hole, or will it need to be welded shut? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
