Coach purses made in China????

I just watched the tyra banks show. and it was about determining fake stuff from the real ones. actually coach bags now are made from china.. its real if its made from china and if its made from US its the fake. i was disappointed too when i was buying a coach bag because ive noticed it was made from china. but when i saw the tyra show today it was a relief. so no worries! your bag is REAL!

I bought a Coach purse a few weeks ago at the Coach outlett in my home town. I was noticing the label on the inside and to my shock it said made in China. What the ….? How could this be when they cost so much money. I always thought they were made in USA.

I find it interesting that much of this conversation is about whether the bags are real or fake and not about the atrocity that they are now made in China. Coach (formerly manufactured in New York) laid off tons of American workers so they could make an exorbitant profit by taking advantage of the humanitarian rights crisis facing the Chinese. American workers were paid at least $8.50 an hour, and they can pay the Chinese less than $5.00 per day. Atrocious. So, call the new bags authentic if you like, they are solely pieces of crab as far as I am concerned.

Where Are Coach Bags Made

There are designer items made in China. To think otherwise is foolish. IF you bought the bag from an outlet that is coach trademarked and not just a store that sells whatever then you can be assured the purse is real.

The only time to worry about the authenticity is when you don’t buy the item at a licensed retail store or a online licensed retailer.

Coach bags use to be made in the US but until a few years ago they started making them in China. There are also some coach bags made that are made in the Dominican Republic. It does not mean your bag is fake if it says made in China.

I purchased a signature pleated zip around wallet/ satchel and noticed that it has a rubber like “made in China” tag inside. I am concerned because it is not fabric. Also the zipper pull is stamped ideal and not ykk. Is this a fake

Most Coach bags ARE made in China nowadays.I guess production and labor is cheaper abroad,but the quality is still good.
