My first job/application ever for a sales assistant and the form asks questions like: 1. How would you describe the perfect shopping and customer experience?2. Describe a time when you have worked as part of a team and where you achieved a positive outcome. What was the key to your success?These may sound like easy questions but because I’ve had little experience I don’t know what to write! Please help!

For question 1, use your imagination. You must have been shopping before, what was good about it? Describe a time when you really enjoyed shopping. Was it because the staff were very good, the shop had a great ambiance, you were made to feel very relaxed…etc. etc.For Q2, describe a time when you have worked as part of a team – this doesn’t have to be a work example, you can tell them about when you were in a school sports team, or where you worked with others on a project for school….Good luck.

1. Always available to help the customer and will assist them in any way possible. Sales assistant must always smile and show interest in the customers purchase.2. Any group projects at school, sports group or any other group work you have worked in.
