Do deer, rabbits and groundhogs eat asparagus in the garden?
I've noticed that many of the plants I put in my vegetable garden become snacks for rabbits and groundhogs. I have installed deer fencing, which is mostly effective, but the other critters always seem to find a way to reach my prized vegetables! As I carefully choose which crops to plant, I am curious about asparagus. How much do rabbits and groundhogs like asparagus, and is it likely to attract them to my garden?

Deer nor ground hogs will eat asparagus. Nothing really seems to like to munch on the spears. Ground hogs do like Broccoli though, found that the hard way and I am sure Cauliflower would be same way. Deer love cucumbers and most vine melons.
