Does anyone get this joke?
My friend at lunch keeps telling the same joke that has me a bit confused. He asks, "Spell me." When I spell out "m-e," he responds with, "You forgot the d." Does anyone else understand this joke?

D stands for DICK, he's trying to say that there is a Ԁıc̫ҡ in you. ie. ME
He's trying to get you to say, "There is no 'd' in 'me'." You can probably figure out what that means
The joke originally goes like this:
Boy: Spell me
Girl: M-E
Boy: You forgot the D (meaning d*ck)
Girl: There's no D in me
Boy: Not yet.....
