Bob Lundy is a character played by Geoff Stults in the 2008 movie The Express. He played for Syracuse University.
The Express is a powerful film with a social conscience that portrays Ernie Davis, the first African-American collegiate player to win college football’s coveted Heisman Trophy.

The main character in the movie is Ernest "Ernie" Davis, played by Rob Brown. He played college football for Syracuse University before being drafted by the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL) and was almost immediately traded to the Cleveland Browns in December 1961.
Davis never played a professional game, as he was diagnosed with leukemia in 1962 and died at the age of 23. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1979.
