We did not find any information on which QBs do not wear flak jackets. QBs have been wearing flak jackets for 30 years for added protection.

The majority of NFL quarterbacks wear some form of flak jacket protection, especially for stiff shots to the ribs. However, there are a handful of QBs who do not wear one due to mobility or comfort concerns. While there isn't an official list, Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes are two players who have been spotted without them at times. Really, it is just a matter of the player's preference, injury history, and playing style.
