Grammar question: “Thank you, again.” Comma necessary?

Which is correct?A) Thank you, again.B) Thank you again.I'm writing a thank you note to a teacher who wrote a letter of recommendation for me. This teacher is my English teacher, so it would be quite embarrassing to make a grammatical error. (: Thanks in advance.

No comma. If you are ending the note, you might say Thank you again, Leblah... Show More
No comma necessary. It is short for:"I would like to thank you again for....."... Show More
I think using comma will make it wrong."Thank you again" is just a short form of "I thank you again". If you say "I give you again", do you use comma there?... Show More
Comma not required; if you put comma it will disconnect your sentence. this would mean that you are thankful (but seems just out of formality).... Show More
