helm of neitizot or berserker helm in runescape?
I have level 60 Defense and I am considering which helm to use. I'm leaning towards the Helm of Neitiznot, but I would need to level up about five times to wear it. Is it worth the effort compared to the Berserker Helm? My combat level is 74. What do you recommend?

In my opinion, the Neitiznot helm is greatly superior to the Beserker helm. The reason is because of its stats.
The Neitiznot helm gives +1 more crush defence than Berserker helm. Also, Neitiznot helm gives no negative attack bonuses like the Beserker helm. The Beserker helm gives -5 attack bonus in magic and ranged – Neitiznot helm does not do this.
Also, the Neitiznot helm has the same strength bonus as Berserker – along with a handy +3 Prayer bonus, making your prayer last longer than if you just wore the Berserker helm.
Finally – the Neitiznot helmet is cheaper! At this moment it is up to 20k cheaper on the G.E. than Berserker helm.

The Neit helm is definitely worth it. I wear it pretty much all the time. It’s EXACTLY the same as a Zerker helm except it looks way cooler and it’s got a handy prayer bonus, and the quest to get it is really fun.
helm of neitizot withgout a doubt, it is way better than beserker and worth it
