Henry the Hoover Costume for Fancy Dress;; Where can i get one?!?!?!?

I saw on the t.v, a while back, someone wearing a henry the hoover costume… I saw it, and want one. Does anyone have any ideas where i can get one, Or materials that could be used to make one myself; i’d prefer one already made. What a dream Halloween costume; Henry the Hoover. 🙂 Ideas PLEASE…
