how can i get rid of small white bumps on my tongue that were caused from eating to many sunflower seeds?
I have noticed small white bumps on my tongue, which I believe are a result of eating too many sunflower seeds last weekend. My taste buds seem to be inflamed, and my tongue still hurts. The bumps appear to be getting worse. How can I alleviate this discomfort and get rid of the bumps?

I would say…
Avoid sunflower seeds for a while! Cold smooth things like ice cream, yogurt, water, etc may make it feel better, just don’t eat too much of anything sour, sugary, or rough. After a while they’ll go away.
…But they’re getting worse? Have you been eating more sunflower seeds? I’m no doctor so I may not be able to help you. Good luck.
It could be a taste bud that has popped out. They hurt like heck but only last a few days. I have one every so often that pops out on the side of my tongue and they make it hard to even swallow. If it do sent go away in a few days it would be best to go see a doctor. You can use something like “nums it” on the spot and that should help the pain
