How do you do the spider legs hairstyle?

Any Juggalos out there who know how to do the spider legs hairstyle? if you don't know what im talking about it the hairstyle the Twiztid had in the late '90's. please help me ive looked everywhere and can't find out how to do it. links would be the bomb if you can find them.

I know what you're talking about. My brother had them, it is actually a piece of leathemultiplest like a skinny flat shoe string wrapped around and up. when i do it i just use the rubber bands and place them far enough but close enough together so that it stands up and over like that....twist the sections though before putting the rubber band in so the hair holds together and you dont get like stray hairs sticking out....
