How do you make it NOT snow?
How can we prevent snowfall? Are there specific methods or techniques that can be employed to influence weather patterns and reduce or eliminate snow accumulation in a particular area?

I live in Ohio, and feel your pain. Unfortunately, there is on way to make it not snow, and that hurts my feelings.
I suggest getting under some warm covers with a cup of hot chocolate and enjoying looking at the snow from inside.

If you actually want to control the weather, your welcome to try but sorry i cant help you. On the other hand if you want to clear snow then use salt and grit. Sprinkle it on your drive way or whatever and the snow will melt on impact.
There’s a brilliant book called ‘Abramelin the Mage’ that shows you how to prevent it from snowing.
