Hi! ^^; Sorry, but the answer above is a little inaccurate.Saying ‘아줌마’ (ah-jum-ma), ‘아주머니’ (ah-joo-muh-ni), ‘아저씨’ (ah-juh-si) would be considered offensive if said to an aunt or uncle. Such words are said to people that are strangers. A lot of Korean people use such words to address restaurant workers or salespersons casually. But we usually say ‘저기..’ (juh-gi) to address them to be more polite.A word for aunt would be – ‘이모’ (ee-mo) or ‘고모’ (go-mo).The other person didn’t mention this, but ‘이모’ is used for the maternal side, so all your mom’s sisters should be addressed as 이모.On the other hand, ‘고모’ is used for the paternal side, hence all your dad’s sisters should be addressed as 고모.However, for uncles, there’s only one word, which is ‘삼촌’ (sam-chon), and I was very surprised that this word wasn’t mentioned.Good night = 안녕히 주무세요 (Ahn-nyung-hee ju-mu-sae-yo)* This is formal and is used when speaking to adults.잘 주무세요 (jal ju-mu-sae-yo) can be used but can be considered far from formal, actually. Sometimes, this can even be used in a sarcastic tone so you shouldn’t use this in a polite sense.잘 자 (jal ja) is the informal version, commonly said to friends!See you later =다음에 만나요 (da-eum-eh man-na-yo)* Formal version. We can also use ~만납시다 (man-nab-si-da) instead of ~만나요. Informally, we use 다음에 봐 (da-eum-eh buah). Alternatively, 다음에 can be replaced with ‘나중에’ (na-joong-eh).Hope that helped you!... Show More

There are many ways to say these words in Korean.=) And, it depends if you want the formal or informal way.Aunt = 아주머니 / 이모 / 고모/ 아줌마/ 큰어머니 / 작은어머니 Uncle = 아저씨 Goodnight = 안녕히 주무십시요 (formal) / 잘 주무세요 (formal) / 잘자 (informal)See you later = 다음에봐요... Show More
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/avqiVwell ‘ahjussi’ is not really respectful..its just casual…but you would call older women ‘ahjumma’…but even if its not ‘respectful’ its okay to call older woman or older men that. just be careful that you dont call people any younger than 40 ‘ahjumma’ or ‘ahjussi’ then it would be insulting. haha you dont use ‘unni’ or ‘oppa’ with people your age. you call older girls ‘unni’ and older guys ‘oppa’ but you start calling people that either when you get comfortable with them, or when the older person tells you to call them ‘unni’ or ‘oppa’ and to anyone your age or younger, you call them by their name.... It is always respectful to call an older women “Ahjumma” (ahh-joom-mah) even if you do not know her that well. Unni and oppa are also respectful terms, but i would not call a boy I just met “oppa”, he may take it to mean you have a crush on him. :/ I’d call boys by their name, followed by “sshi”. It’s like saying Mister. Johnny sshi = Mr. Johnny. For older girls, I’d do the same, unless they were family, then I’d call them unni.... Show More
