Nicole is right about ‘correct’ Italian.
You can say even ‘posso andare ‘in’ bagno?’. It’s more popular.
“Posso andare in bagno?” is the most common form
“Posso andare ai servizi?” is a more polite way to say it (in case you’re interested)
