How does severe weather in earth’s atmosphere affect earth’s biosphere?

How does severe weather in Earth's atmosphere impact the biosphere? Specifically, what are the effects of phenomena such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and extreme temperature fluctuations on ecosystems, plant and animal life, and overall biodiversity?

There are basically two ways in which severe weather in Earth’s atmosphere affect Earth’s geosphere. The first most important effect is the erosion and the second most important effect is weathering. I hope that this is the answer that you were looking for and it has actually come to your desired help.

One way that severe weather in the Earth's atmosphere affects the biosphere is that it can determine ones existence. Some people can survive and some will die when there is a severe storm such as flooding, tornadoes, and hurricanes.  Explanation:There are many various ways that the biosphere (the plants, animals and other life on our planet) affect climate. Some produce greenhouses gases and further warming of our planet by the greenhouse effect, while others diminish the number of greenhouse gases increasing cooling of our planet.

All organisms are dependent on the atmosphere for their survival. They take in and release gases from the atmosphere. Change in weather conditions may result in adaptation, migration, or extinction of a species. Organisms living in a particular ecosystem may respond to any change in the atmosphere of the earth by either adapting to the environment or by migrating to the suitable climatic condition. However, it can also lead to the death or extinction of a population as organisms can only adapt to certain limitations. For example, due to global warming, many species of emperor penguins and polar bears are on the verge of extinction.

hey darf!Explanation: Geo means “earth.” The Earth’s geosphere is the portion of the earth that includes rocks and minerals. It starts at the ground and extends all the way down to Earth’s core.We rely on the geosphere to provide natural resources and a place to grow food. Volcanos, mountain ranges, and deserts are all part of the geosphere. Put simply, without the geosphere, there would be no Earth!Atmos means “air.” The atmosphere includes all the gases surrounding the Earth. We often call the atmosphere “air.” All planets have an atmosphere, but Earth is the only planet with the correct combination of gases to support life. The atmosphere consists of five layers and is responsible for Earth’s weather. Even though it seems like air is made of nothing, it consists of particles too small to be seen. All these particles have weight that push down on Earth. The weight of air above us is called air pressure. The first most important effect is the erosion and the second most important effect is weathering

Severe weather has some major factors of erosion, for example, rain can strip away rock and sand combined with wind can do the same.

The weather affects the living or non-living things on earth that affect the biosphere.
