how is Frank Garza’s Jockey School?

Not to be disrespectful of him and his accomplishments but i just want to know as much as i can so that i dont make my move before the final turn so to speak. i would like to know if anyone has the address of the school and if anyone has gone there in the past. if so what kinds of work did you do and what was the tuition fee? any answers welcome
