Carmelo Anthony was wearing a green headband to celebrate the NBA’s Green Week. The Green Week will run from April 4 to April 11, 2012. The NBA has partnered with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) for the third annual NBA Green Week in an effort to generate awareness and funds for protecting the environment.
All 30 NBA teams will wear adidas Revolution 30 uniforms, which are made from 60 percent recycled materials. Carmelo Anthony also laced up a white and green colorway of the Jordan Melo M6 and wore green rubber bands around his wrists.
