How to claim my Bovada winnings if betting is illegal?

How do I claim my Bovada winnings on my taxes if I live in Wisconsin where sports betting is illegal? Bovada is an off shore sight so it’s legal to bet but not legal to transfer money to your bank account. If I do it in small increments will I get caught? If I claim it on my taxes, will I get audited or arrested anyway? I haven’t made over $600 anyway, but I’m just wondering in case I do next year. How are so many other people able to bet on Bovada in the state of Wisconsin if they don’t claim it on their taxes?
