If Texas is taken over by Mexico and the people vote to Cede from the Union, then they should be allowed to peacefully do so. Georgia has been declared a sovereign state, separate from the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union is taking by force a territory they wish to keep. (there is an oil pipeline there)... Show More
