I can’t combine the Hangul symbols to make words on the computer…they only show up as individual symbols…?

I can see the Hangul characters when I type, but when I want to type, say, Hello (annyeonghaseyo), it comes up with this: 무ㅜㅛ대ㅜ홈ㄴ됴ㅐI have the Microsoft IME installed on the laptop and everything else that others say you need installed on the computer to type, but I just can't write the words in Korean. I look at the English to Korean keyboard and I can type the individual symbols but I can't combine any symbols to make words...all of the symbols are separate. For example, I can't type 안녕하세요 (no, I didn't type this..I copied and pasted it from a website) ...like I said before, it just comes up like this: 무ㅜㅛ대ㅜ홈ㄴ됴ㅐSo, how do I combine the Hangul symbols to make words instead of it individual symbols?

english keyboard translation for annyeonghaseyo is (dkssudgktpdy) just type those letters and you;ll get it right 안녕하세요remeber korean syllables are different..so you cant just type the words in english and expect to get it in korean
