I have a question about using the iDrive USB 1TB backup external hard drive. When I attempt to create an image backup, I receive a message stating that the E: drive is formatted as FAT32, which only allows for backups of up to 4GB. The message advises me to "Change the drive format and try again." Since E: is the iDrive, I'm unsure how to change the drive format or what format I should change it to. Could someone please guide me through this process?
