i think i got baking soda in my eye what do i do?

Last night, while I was baking, I accidentally got some baking soda on my hands. Later, I rubbed my eye without realizing it. Initially, I thought nothing of it, but today I've noticed that the corner of my eye is red and painful, especially when I blink or touch it. What should I do?
