I was actually given the wrong type of ladder?
I was installing a fire alarm system when I was given the wrong type of ladder. My left hand was crushed, and I dislocated my right shoulder. I called the National Accident Helpline, but their solicitors only secured me £7,400, and I didn’t even have to go to court. What should I do next?

Just seen the video, looks like you fell at quite a speed – Have you got any aches and pains in your upper back, neck and shoulders? If so try this lot:

Having got one payout you are not going to get another. if you knew it was the wrong type of ladder why did you use it.
