(a) Fe+3 is a Lewis acid; I don't know why that is not the correct answer. Water is a Lewis base here.
(b) Cyanide is a Lewis base. I suppose H+ could be the Lewis acid here.
(c) Hg+2 is a Lewis acid. Both HgI2 and HgI4(2-) are Lewis acids.
Is it possible that the questions have two possible answers? Otherwise, I would have to disagree with the computer on this one.
