If I don’t get my permit before I’m 18 in the state of NJ, will i still have to wait 6 months to get my permit?

You’ll probably have to wait longer than that, actually.The info you’re asking for isn’t just in the driver’s handbook, it’s in the first few pages of the first chapter of the handbook. It took me literally 20 seconds to find it. You’ll need to know the whole book in order to pass the written exam, and you haven’t even looked at the first few pages.... Show More
