No. You are being silly. There ar no magic formulas. The “trick” for losing weight, and more importantly fat, is two things:1. Create a calorie deficit. Let’s say as an example that a BRM of you at 140 lbs is 1,400 calories and you burn another 300 calories a day. A pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories That means that to lose 10 pounds a month, you need to create a daily calorie deficit of 1,000 or more. That isn’t very realistic, is it? So, the right thing to do is to eat about 1,000 -1,200 calories a day and try to burn at least 500 through exercise and activity. That will result is about a 2-pound fat loss per week. 2. Consider a VERY low carb, higher protein & fat ketogenic diet. There is some evidence that the state of ketosis will cause the body to burn more fat — rather than muscle. This can be a difficult diet for some people to follow, so you have to decide whether or not you can forgo virtually are carbohydrates except fresh veggies. Other things that will help you lose weight and look and feel better:1. Cut out soft drinks – even diet ones, processed foods, and dairy. Use stevia for sweetening things. 2. Drink a gallon or more of water per day. 3. Get plenty of sleep. It will help you stick to your diet and give you the energy to exercise4. Exercise every day. You can join a gym, play tennis with your friends, take a spin class, go for a hike, or do a working DVD at home. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do something for 30-40 minutes a day. 5. Realize that dieting is easy compared to keeping the weight off. If you have an off-balance relationship to food, you need to deal with it. Overweight people are often emotional eaters who use food to medicate feelings, not just feed physical hunger. You need to address whatever issues you may have and retrain yourself to eat smaller portions or you will quickly put the pounds on again....
