I was watching Football Night in America earlier tonight, and they showed a highlight from the Steelers-Titans game. During the game, the Titans attempted a field goal, but one of the Steelers players was flagged for "unsportsmanlike conduct" because he tried to simulate the snap count. Can someone explain what it means to "simulate the snap count" in this context?
